We currently only deliver within a radius of 75 kilometers from Cape Town. More areas to come soon.
Use your trip dates in the Date Filter. These are days and not nights as is the case with booking hotels. The dates you select will indicate the days you will need the item(s) for. For example, if your trip is for a weekend, then you need to select the Saturday and Sunday. Your order will then be delivered (if courier option is selected) on the Friday and collected on a Monday. If you chose to pickup from us, then you may do so on the Friday and return the gear on the Monday.
The deposit is a refundable deposit. It is similar to a rental car deposit and based on the value of the products you rent from us. You will be refunded your deposit automatically once the gear has been checked upon its return. It should not take longer than 3 working days. We will notify you should that not be the case.
You have two options of getting hold or returning your gear. You can either get it delivered at a minimal extra charge or you can collect it from us at no extra charge. The option you use for delivery will apply for the return unless otherwise arranged.
The cost is determined by how far you live from the Cape Town and determined by your postal code. We only deliver within a radius of 75 kilometers from Cape Town. If you use this option, we would like to ask you to indicate the preferred delivery time on the order checkout page under “Order Notes”. This will assist us greatly in getting the delivery right. Please also make sure that someone is there to receive the gear. If no one is there, we can’t deliver. The same applies for the return of the gear via our courier.

The billing and shipping addresses can be different. Select the shipping address that is the most convenient for you, taking into consideration we only deliver within 75 kilometers from Cape Town.
You have two options i.e. PayFast which is a credit card as well as an instant EFT (electronic funds transfer) payment gateway or with a Direct Bank Transfer (cash). Should you wish to do an instant cash payment (instant EFT), your gear will only be reserved for 24 hours or until you have made payment and we have received confirmation from your bank. You may send the confirmation to firstname.lastname@example.org. With Credit Card payments the gear will be reserved immediately.
It is important to report and record any damage to gear as soon as possible. Should you receive damaged gear before your trip, we will endeavour to replace it should it not be suitable for your trip. If the gear got damaged on your trip, please do not attempt to repair it yourself. Some gear requires technical expertise for repairs. Rather inform us at email@example.com.
We require that gear be returned in the same state as in which they were received. Please do not clean gear with anything other than water and a mild detergent. For example, items like down sleeping bags should not be washed by hand. Should the items be returned dirty, we may use the deposit to clean it.
Once you have placed an order, you may cancel the order or part thereof until 48 hours before your trip with no penalty. After this time you will only be refunded the deposit.
We offer a 10% discount for rentals of 4 – 7 days and a 20% discount on rentals of 8 – 14 days. This is automatically included in your price.
